Project Technical Committee
The Project Technical Committee (PTC) will be made up of the WP leaders and chaired by the PC.
The PC will prepare the meetings, propose decisions, and create the agenda for the PTC Meetings.
The PTC will be responsible for ensuring that the project is executed properly, continuously collecting information on its progress, examining that information to assess compliance, and proposing modifications if necessary. If a task is discarded due to a decision by the PMB, we will advise the PMB on how to rearrange the tasks and budgets of the affected partners.
PTC will: assist the Project Coordinator in preparing the content and timing of press releases and consortium publications, review all documentation to be published to protect confidential or sensitive information.
